Barbecue course with the Bavarian BBQ Master

Dear barbecue friends,

in April Andreas Hanisch was in our house. He is a food blogger and a member of the Boandlkramer BBQ Competition Team, the reigning Bavarian BBQ Grill Champion.

Together with Andreas, we employees from the marketing, sales and design departments prepared his current grill menu "Best Basics" on the HEIBI charcoal grills. Although we deal with our products on a daily basis, we were able to learn a lot of new things about grilling, smocking and baking on our HEIBI grills and on the Napoleon gas grills.

The day with Andreas was very instructive and interesting for us. It is really exciting to cook together with a grill professional on the self-made grills and to prepare such a varied menu.From seafood to pide, lamb & steaks to a spectacular dessert there was really a lot on offer. And of course the food was the best for us!

Dear Andreas, thank you very much for this wonderful day. We wish you and the Boandlkramern much success in this BBQ season and of course keep our fingers crossed for the overall victory to the German Championship in Fulda in August 2019.
