Steak knife, forged

The forged steak knife with 12 cm blade is made of chrome molybdenum steel. The blank is forged in nine operations. Unevenness is then smoothed at eight stations and the handle is polished to a mirror finish. Hand honing for the perfect cutting edge is done by master craftsmen. Handle made of high-quality POM plastic.
